    <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to process warranty claim, 4 Gen thermostat, but after completing the flow to include personal info and SN, and decision for call back or Chat, error message pops up saying problem with screen refresh. &amp;nbsp;No change, endless loop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No other way apparently to request support or warranty claim. &amp;nbsp;Getting chilly her, so need to resolve ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Nest Learning Thermostat 4th gen purchased direct from Google Store. Never completed setup / not on network. Charged on USB-C wall charger for multiple hours—stays solid yellow and never boots. Mounted on wall with R/W/G/Y wiring; restart attempt unsuccessful. &amp;nbsp;Been working successfully since October 2025.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did all that, &amp;nbsp;form failed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;finally found other number and got it resolved by phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
