Check the fuse on the control board in the furnace/air handler

I ran my heat the day before yesterday for the first time probably ever. Yesterday I went to run it again and got an E195 error saying no power to Red wire. I check the condensation safety trip, it was bone dry, the water pan was bone dry. I did vacuum out alot of black gunk from the line till it was clear but there was still not success. Today I will check the fuse, but my HVAC system is in the attic and I wanted to see if there was anything else I could try to fix this error?
