Nest Gen 1 unable to set fan to run continuously?

Have tried every suggestion on help pages, nothing works. Can manually set fan to run for 12 hours and that is all that seems to work? Have set fan schedule to run every day from 12AM to 11PM and that does not work? Have G wire and it's connected? Thermostat set to Heat so it's not an issue of it being "Off"? Can someone please help? All other aspects of Tstat seem to work well.

Hi Jake, thanks for checking in. The problem seemed to be connected to the firmware? Once firmware updated a few days later, I was able to set to run continuously.
