      <description>&lt;P&gt;Renew is not receiving leaf report from Nest 4 thermostat. This may be related to activity not being reported in Home app. If both same issue, is re-installing app and thermostat the only solution? Anything I can try first?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The contact help advised there is nothing that can be done except reinstalling. My experience is if I push, I find someone willing to try alternatives. I really hate to lose the memory to date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I find that by unchecking everything in Events the Activity page populates. It seems OK and does that sound like proper behavior.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Fred&lt;/P&gt;</description>
