I understand you’re having trouble updating your utility home address for Nest Renew after upgrading your Nest Learning Thermostat (4th Gen). Because when you change your address to your Google Home app, Nest app and Nest Renew are still displaying your previous utility home address even after you've attempted to update it.       <title>Moved to new address, but utility company is wrong</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just moved to a new city with a different utility company (San Diego Gas &amp;amp; Electric) and upgraded my thermostat to a brand new 4th-generation Nest learning thermostat. &amp;nbsp;I’ve updated my address on the Nest app, Google Home app, and Nest Renew account portal. But I’m still being prompted to set up Nest Renew with my old utility company (Southern California Edison). I tried canceling Nest Renew to see if I could set it back up, but when I try to resubscribe, it’s still prompting me for an account number associated with my old utility company. I can’t seem to find anywhere else to update my address. How can I get my new utility company set up with Nest Renew?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Byron,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for the prompt response. I was able to narrow down the issue. It appears that, within the iOS Google Home app, there was another place to enter my address (clicked on my profile picture on the top-right, then selected &lt;EM&gt;Home settings&lt;/EM&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;EM&gt;Home&lt;/EM&gt; &amp;gt; and &lt;EM&gt;Home address&lt;/EM&gt;). This was previously empty. After entering my address, I was able to sign back up for Nest Renew. Unfortunately, I was still unable to sign up for Rush Hour Rewards with my new utility account. After communicating with a chat representative, we found that the homes in my ZIP code have either Edison or SDG&amp;amp;E. Unfortunately, it seems that SDG&amp;amp;E no&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;longer has Rush Hour Rewards (though, it used to). As a result, I am being shown the only utility company in my ZIP code that still has&amp;nbsp;Rush Hour Rewards available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The crux of the problem is that my utility company is no longer participating in&amp;nbsp;Rush Hour Rewards. Hopefully, SDG&amp;amp;E will decide to participate in&amp;nbsp;Rush Hour Rewards again sometime in the future.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
