    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, that wiring difference is where it gets tricky the Nest E Heat Link uses a different terminal setup, so it’s not always a straight swap from the older model. Definitely good you’re getting an electrician involved, just make sure they follow the Nest E wiring diagram exactly to avoid issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Nest Learning vs Nest E</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Heat Link is RIP !!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contacted Google Support and they confirmed this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to purchase a replacement from the Google Store but they were all out of Stock&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spoke to Google Support again who advised a E was a suitable replacement&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However !!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My old Heat Link has&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 x Blue Wires (1 from the Power &amp;amp; 1 from the Boiler)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 x Brown Wires (1 from the Power &amp;amp; 1 from the Boiler)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 x Black&amp;nbsp; Wire ( From the Boiler)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 x Grey Wire&amp;nbsp;( From the Boiler)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 x Earth Wires&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However my Heat Link E only has 5 connectors&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NO&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OT1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OT2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what wire goes where&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contacted the first 10 Local recommended Nest Pro Installers 9 No Reply 1 Was only interested in Installing a New Boiler&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm going to get my Electrician to Install it But he's never done one before&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd apricate any help&amp;nbsp; you can give&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I understand that you are having issues installing your new Heat Link E, as your previous Heat Link had more wiring ports than the new one.
