1st Gen Nest Thermostat (2020)

I've had this thermostat installed since 2024 when I opted in to my electrical provider's bring your own thermostat program. For the past 4 days the google thermostat won't stop beeping as it keeps toggling between the home screen and the selection screen. When I try to mess with it, it seems like the touch sensor is having issues too. I've tried restarting and even did a factory reset but not sure what is causing it to keep toggling the menus and beeping. Any one else run into this issue? Thanks
