Thermostat lost connection to heat link

My thermostat lost connection to the heat link and I can not get connection re-established.

Thermostat mentions error H1 and I tried troubleshooting solutions but no succes. However thermostat does not allow me to go to settings only allows : Reconnect / Reset / New heat link and Technical info.

I moved thermostat itself next to heat link

I reset the heat link and it now blinks yellow / green.

I tried reconnect, I tried reset and I tried new heat link and entered 6 digit code.

Thank you for all the information @Ton1 and sorry for the late reply.

Make sure to also plug in the thermostat and that it is connected to the thermostat base, else it would not be able to connect.

You can also try to turn off Wi-Fi and any other appliances that could cause interference in the area.

Also make sure to check Tech Info> Power and make sure that the power readings are ok. The battery should be around 3.8-3.9 V and the Vusb around 5 V.
