    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like your heat strips are running with the air conditioner.&amp;nbsp; There may be a 5 minute delay on compressor and you are feeling heat.during that time. Just a theory. Wiring issue if this happened after stat installed. What color on each terminal and what brand of heat pump?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just installed a Nest programable thermostat in our Florida home. Air conditioner blows heat for two minutes when thermostat calls for cooling. We have a heat pump system. Anyone have an idea as to why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
