https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Nest-Thermostats/Error-code-Th026-solved/m-p/79699#M17798 <P>Hi had a rant about error code Th026 while trying to set my E thermostat, I have now fixed it by making another Gmail account as my original Gmail account was set up for a door bell which was not compatible with nest,.</P><P>I done a factory reset on my thermostat and heat link set up a new Gmail account and signed in to the nest up with it.,it then linked up really quick and is all working fine.
