topic Heat pump vs aux heat runtimes in History in Nest Thermostats

I have a heat pump with electric auxiliary heating. I set the compressor lockout temp at my Nest Learning thermostat to 26F, so the Nest uses auxiliary heat below that temperature. When displaying History in the Nest app, I see a solid orange line, whose length corresponds to the time heating was on. If I click on the line, then I can see a breakdown of the times the heater was on over a 24H period, which is great. I also notice that sometimes the color of each interval may be different, some being darker than others. I assume a darker color means aux heat, and a lighter color means heat pump.

Am I interpreting this correctly? I could not find any documentation on this feature. Also, is there a way to download a more detailed breakdown of the information? A spreadsheet would be ideal.

Finally, is there a way to input the cents per KW cost, heat pump and aux heat consumption in KW and have the app calculate the actual cost of the combined electricity consumption?
