Nest heat link not sending message to boiler

Hi all, my thermostat is not sending call message to boiler suddenly after working fine before. Boiler is working as I can get heating upstairs (using old style thermostat which controls upstairs). Heatlink is showing green solid light and when pressing manual it shows as manual on controller but on either manual or schedule the message is not going to boiler (gas valiant home 15, no way to turn on heating from there). I’ve reset the dial controller and the heatlink. I’ve powered off boiler and turned on again. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. I'll do my best to get to the bottom of this. Can you go next to the Heat Link and turn on/off your heating? Let me know if you can hear a click sound coming from the Heat Link whenever you turn your heating off or on.
