Nest Thermostat removed from App

Has anyone experienced the thermostat being removed from the nest app after its been installed? For some reason the thermostat has been removed from my nest app & I’m struggling to reinstall the product as the 2 appear to be conflicting ie thermostat not showing on app but when I follow instructions to add a product, the thermostat thinks it’s already set up so unable to retrieve information I need to get set back up on the app?!

The most usual cause of this is having more than one Google account and registering the Nest originally under one account but using another account later.

Having the same issue and mine was never migrated to google. It logged me out, told me my password was incorrect (it wasn’t) had a big “migrate to google” option and a tiny link at the bottom to reset password with nest. I did and when I logged in my thermostats were gone. Now I have reset them and add them again. Convinced it’s a heavy handed attempt to make me use google home.
