    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, my heating gone off 2 days ago, Nest thermostat itself is working and we managed to charge it up with USB but happen Nest Heat Link seem to be dead as there is no light to it. Our plumber and heat engeneer said there is deffinetly power to the unit as he checked so it's fault within it the unit itself. What is really anoying we are 4 months out of 2 years warranty. How can we replace Heat Link unit without buying it with the thermostat? Can anyone help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
