Replacing current Nest with a new one

I'm replacing my current Nest (version 3) thermostat with a new version 3. Must I remove the old thermostat from the app before adding the new thermostat?

Hi @Hockey17,

Thanks for posting and sorry for the delayed response. I would personally recommend taking off the old one so that it would not cause any confusion in the future especially if you won't be using it anymore.
