2nd gen thermostat not responsive. App is working ok

My thermostat is unresponsive. The wheel

will turn but it won’t increase/decrease the temperature. I’ve tried resetting it, and I’ve rebooted my home Wi-Fi.

The thermostat is working normally via the iOS app on my phone.
anybody had this issue before?

Hi Jake. I ended up having to buy a new nest as the second gen one failed and I couldn’t get any answers/help with my query. Hopefully the 3rd gen one won’t have similar issue.
