Sorry for the delayed response but could you provide more information about your concern so I can take a look into it? What exact Nest device are you trying to add to your Google Home app? Model G4CVZ. The app says “something went wrong”. My Google Home “pod” recognizes it. I deleted and then downloaded the app again. I did a hard reboot of my iPhone. I rebooted my router. I restarted the Nest.

This is odd — by any chance, are you using a personal Gmail account and not a GSuite one? Also, is it possible to try the setup using another email address?

I am using a personal gmail (the same one I used when it was working on the app before. What is G suite? And yea - I have another email address I can try - will do that now
