Temperature override

Can anyone tell me why the scheduled temperature that is set is overridden by an higher temperature over night

The temperature is set at 10 from 10.30pm and at 7am comes on again to get to 20. This is over ridden every night and goes to 20 in the night

I have done this but it makes no difference

Check True Radiant setting, if on it could be at default of 5 hours. If not I would just reset everything

I have turned off the true radiant setting so will see what happens tonight. If this doesn’t work I will try to reset.

That will fix, I have mine on set to 1 hour max, I wish you could do 30 mins.
useless system, I’d have my old Tado back any day
