Just bought a nest learning stat. The only problem am having is the phone not connecting to the device. It works manually can any one advise please

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed response. I want to check on why you're unable to add your Nest thermostat to your phone.

A few questions — are you getting a specific message or code when adding the thermostat to your account? If yes, what is it? Also, what is the make and model of your mobile device? It would be a huge help as well if you could provide all the steps that you've tried.
