heat will not run up from eco

We have our nest at a cabin. We keep it at 40 on eco wen not there. It will not turn up using comfort or sleep options from app. When we get there we can manually turn up but that defeats the purpose. We want it warm when we get there.

Hey vosscabin1120,

Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about what's happening.

When you manually set your Nest Learning Thermostat or Nest Thermostat E to Eco Temperatures, it will stay in that mode and won’t automatically switch back to heating or cooling until you manually switch it to one of those modes.

Check out this link for more information on how to set and automatically change the temperature.
