Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community and sorry for the delayed response.

A few questions — did heating work before on this same Nest Thermostat E and HVAC system? If yes, when did the heating stop working? Also, do you get a message or code on your thermostat's display or Nest app?

Please tell me more so I can check on this further.
