Heatlink disconnected

I have an error 71 showing on my learning thermostat and it tells me the heatlink has disconnected. I have worked through the online troubleshooting and ended up resetting to factory settings on the heatlink. I now have a blue light flashing which my thermostat display says should allow a reconnection. However it is failing to reconnect. This is a new thermostat as I had to replace it recently. Any ideas anyone?

Hi @Paula2 , I would be happy to try and assist you. Just to check, did you ever manage to connect the replacement thermostat to the Heat Link or is this the first time trying to do so? Also, do you still have the old display at the location?
