topic No Lights in Nest Thermostats

No Lights

Good Evening,

I have absolutely no lights on my heating link. I have had no work done to the house, no power interruptions and I've turned off electricity to the house and back on again.

It's 4 degrees outside and I've no way of turning on my heating. Can anyone help please?

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. I'll do my best to get this resolved. When was the thermostat installed? Do you have any error codes on the screen?

Thank you for your email. I rang Google last week and they were more than helpful. They sent me out a new part.
