Sorry to hear about your experience and for the delay. I want to check on this further.

A few questions — what type of Nest thermostat is this? Is this a first time setup or was it working before? Are you getting a message or a code on your Nest/Google Home app or on your thermostat's display? Also, have you tried to manually turn on the heat using your thermostat's display if it works?
