I signed up for peak energy days. It said I will recieve a $75.00 prepaid card and $25.00 after each season finished. When do they sent out the first $75

I applaud Google for attempting to implement this rewards program with companies that aren't exactly looking out for the customers best interests. I've been signed up with NYSEG for a year and never received any reward but am enrolled, purchased the nest thermostat from NYSEG's website, participated in way too many Rush Hour Rewards to count, yet I've received nothing from NYSEG. Utility companies are notoriously difficult to deal with customer-service wise. I reached out as I noticed they are now promoting this again on their website which reminded me I never received anything from them. Very disappointing.
