Remove a home from Nest

I tried to help a friend to get her furnace working on an investment property they bought my adding the home to my Nest account. It didn’t work and now I have the home on my nest- I’d like to delete it but am unable. Any help is much appreciated

Could you tell us which Nest Thermostat you're using? You could also attach a photo of your current wiring so that we can better have a look.

Also, what message are you getting whenever you try to add it to your home?

I can’t seem to find anything on “how to remove a home or business from account”. I had a biz and my home as “homes” or “locations” setup in my nest account, I after selling the biz, I tried to remove it from account, Home Screen, etc but am unable to and can’t seem to find any help from our community. I’d really appreciate anyone’s help? Thank you!
