heat not turning on (I've tested the fan and that turns on) . Other cassettes off the same system turn on no problem.

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about what's happening.

Let's check this further by trying these steps:

Check the wire at the Nest Thermostat and make sure they are properly inserted
Check your HVAC switch and fuse.
Restart your Nest Thermostat

Note: Turn off your HVAC switch before touching any wire.

I originally tried those the first time but obviously the wires weren't making contact because I actually swapped the nest head and base with another unit on the same zone and they both work now. So definitely a loose wire issue. Thanks
