I'm getting a E73 wiring report. What does this mean? It's telling me to log on to nest.com/e73 but it doesn't let me log on

Hello, wiring report E73 on Google Nest indicates there is an issue with the Rc wire. Probably, there is no enough power supply/detected to your Nest's Rc wire. This might help out https://robotpoweredhome.com/nest-thermostat-no-power-to-rc-wire/
