Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community and sorry yo hear about your Nest thermostat. I want to check on it further.

A few questions — what specific Nest thermostat is this? Did this thermostat work with your Wi-Fi network before? Also, are you getting a message or a code on your Nest app or on your thermostat's display? It would also be great if you could provide a rundown of the steps you've already tried so we could pick up from where you've left off.
