My apologies for the delayed response, and sorry to hear about your wiring issues. I can definitely understand the frustration when it comes to wiring issues as it can be very confusing to figure out sometimes, but I'm happy to look into this for you.

Since the compatibility checker wasn't able to help you, I would suggest using this article to help identify the different wires. If you're still having troubles after that, I would suggest contacting a pro to come out to help you with this, especially due to your wiring setup. Hi there SBalkhair,

Thanks for posting here and we're sorry for the delay.

The first photo above shows a proprietary type of HVAC system and it is not compatible with Google Nest Thermostat. Proprietary systems aren’t compatible with Google Nest thermostats. However, some proprietary systems can be rewired by a pro installer to be compatible.
