Msg saying wifi is disconnected, but app says it is

Thermostat states wifi is disconnected but the app shows it is connected. How do I fix this

Hey 3kittykids,

Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

There are a few things to check to further isolate the issue:

Restart your Nest Thermostat.
Go to settings > Wireless. Check if it is still not connected.
Restart your WiFi router
