Additional thermostats for Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd gen

Hi there everyone, just joined-up to ask a question so hope you can help.

My question is - can I add additional temperature sensors to my Nest?

My example situation is water-based underfloor heating downstairs (Zone 1 which is kitchen and living room) and traditional wet radiators upstairs (Zone 2 bedroom and bathroom). An air-source heat pump / water cylinder is supplying the heating and hot water.

I appreciate that I can add additional Nests for different zones however that seems overkill just for different rooms, what I really need is just a temperature sensor in Zone 2.

Does anyone know what happened to the Nest Temperature Sensors? They would have been ideal I assume but Google don't seem to sell them any more.

Ahh Ryan .. I should have mentioned I am in the UK, England to be exact. I cannot see these on the UK Nest store. Do you know why this is?

Thanks for the update.

The Nest Temperature Sensor is available in the US and Canada at the moment. Regarding your inquiry, what we can do is to add another thermostat to have a control and reading from the other zone.

Thanks Ryan. If by 'another thermostat' you mean another Google Nest stat then that seems silly just to sense the temperature given the cost.

Yes, for you to control the temperature of the other zone, you can install a another thermostat.
