Your thermostat is only compatible with the Nest 3rd GEN Learning Thermostat.

Give this wiring a try.

Red - R to Rc

Gray - T to (not used, leave disconnected)

Orange - O to OB

Green - G to G

Yellow - Y to Y1

Brown - X2 to * (set as emergency heat)

Blue - B to C

White - W to W2

Black - F to (not used, leave disconnected)
