      <title>nest thermostat quality return claim  for 4th time</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have placed a warranty claim. Replacement was sent. It came defective. Second claim &amp;nbsp;set, replacement sent and again defective. Third claim set again another replacement set and &amp;nbsp;it arrive defective one more time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im very upset with the replacement equipment received No quality control.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All step by step were follow, pictures sent video sent. Case upscaled to service no response after 48 hours&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm claiming a new replacement they refused. They said only return repairs thermostat but it is unveliavableb it happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought a new one 250$ &amp;nbsp;to solve until google people be able to send me a replacement that works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;last case:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;2-############2271&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
