Give this wiring a try.

Blue - C to C

Orange - O to OB

Red - RH to Rc (jumper to RC not needed)

Green - G to G

Yellow - Y to Y1 (jumper to W not needed)

I tried that but it wont even power on. Any other solutions? I reinstalled the old thermostat and it worked fine.

This is how i am wiring it. It won't turn on. When i connect my old thermostat, it turns on

I even bought a new Nest and tried that, not working.

It would appear you have wired everything as you should. What we don't know is if those wires are in fact connected at the A/C side. Do you know if the old thermostat uses batteries? It's entirely possible the (C)ommon wire (Blue) is not actually connected at the A/C.

All set. C wire wasn't connected at the furnace. Thanks.

It is great to hear that it is up and running well now. Connecting a C wire would eliminate problems not only with battery but for your HVAC behavior as well.
