I'm confused on operating mt Nest thermostat

I was never given thorough instructions on using my Nest. When I turn on heat and the temperature reaches set temperature the fan keeps running cold air. Is it supposed to turn off? and run heat again I have a Nest downstairs and it runs off and on as needed. Please someone help me I have to turn off upstairs and reset heat temperature heat every time??

Hi Tinkerbell,

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry for the delay.

Since your Nest Thermostat is relatively new, it is still in it's learning stage. Set your temperature schedule and it will remember it automatically over time.

Also, check if you've already set up it's home away assist feature and your Eco temperature.
