Thanks for reaching out. They're not entirely grub screws, but the specifications are the following:

3.5mm in diameter
13mm in length[including the head]
Phillips Screw Top
Fine thread

Those are the specs for the screws used to attach it to the stand @Billsko . They should fit and allow you to attach the base to the stand.
