Plz check my wiring

When the heat is turned on, it only blows cool air. I toggled between the O and B wire in the Heat Pump setting on the app and it doesn't help.

I switched back to my old thermostat and the heat works so I believe it's a Nest problem.

Can someone check my wiring and let me know if it's wired correctly? Much appreciated.

Your wiring looks good, try doing a factory reset and set it up again.

Nest Thermostat

Reset your thermostat. Go to Settings > Factory Reset.
Begin thermostat setup with the Google Home app again. On the main screen, tap + > Set up a Nest product.
Re-enter all the wires connected to your thermostat. Double check that you account for any unconfigured wires.
