New Nest says WiFi disconnected

My contractor installed a Neat thermostat.
it says WiFi disconnected. Therefore I can’t get it to pair with my phone. It doesn’t show up as an option on my phones Bluetooth. I have an IPhone 13

CaymanMark and Catalinaw, sorry for the delay but thanks for posting. Are you still experiencing this message on your Nest app? If yes, what type of Nest thermostats do you have? Also, could you provide a rundown of the steps you've tried so we could pick up from where you've left off?

Main thing is look for a W5 "error" on your display. If you have that error even Google replaced mine. Though the thermostat functions as a regular thermostat it could not connect to ANY wifi. After a chat Google traded me a working unit for the on wifi would not work. My thermostat was less than one year old when it failed. I have a nest learning thermostat 3rd generation.
