I have got the Nest Generation, the heating works perfectly but the hot water keeps coming on by itself, any suggestions please

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with our thermostat, but I'd like to help you out. Do you have any messages on the screen when that happens? Also, did you check if that isn't caused by the Bacteria prevention feature? Check out this article to be able to identify the Bacteria Prevention icon on your thermostat: https://bit.ly/3p0oB7P.
