I have a Nest Thermostat Model # G4CVZ mfg date 10/2020. I also have the Google Home app on my Iphone 8 and the Nest thermostat is attached to this app. There have been no problems with the Nest working/connecting with my home wifi. However, my Google Home app often says that my Nest is offline when it is not. The thermostat says that the battery is good and that I have strong wifi connectivity. The only way to get the app to work is to physically reset the Nest thermostat. Any suggestions?
