Ill like to know how to change the temperature difference

1 of the thermostats has a 10 degrees difference to activate either cooling or heating when it should have around 3 to 5 degrees

Hi Tarzan35,

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

At the moment, there's no option for us to change the temperature differences or how your thermostat's sensor detects the temperature. What we can do is to try and put the thermostat in question to the other base and then test if it is still getting the same reading. It is also possible that the location of the thermostat is a little bit warmer or cooler. Check for any devices or electronic devices that might be near the thermostat.
