topic temperature control in Nest Thermostats

I cant get the Indoor Temperature above 69F. When I turn up the target temperature to 72F. It says it is Heating

and will get to the target in 30 mins, but it never gets there.

Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

The time to reach a certain temperature can differ depending on the HVAC unit. I'd like to know a couple of things for us to further isolate the issue. Did you check your HVAC filters or drip pans? When was the last time you had a service check on your HVAC unit?
