I changed from Home to Away over the weekend as I was out of town, but switched back this morning. When I tried to set the desired temperate this evening it was saying 2+ hours, but I could feel the radiators were not warming up.

I have had this issue before and it still shows usage, with the current utility bill price rises this needs to be resolved.

I looked at how to get the heating going online and just switched on heat link itself, so it is not a problem with the boiler.

Any advise?

Hi KristyJaneB,

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

There are multiple factors we'll need to check why we're getting this behavior from the system. Did you change the Home Away status from the Nest Thermostat or from the app? Check if there's any temperature schedule that might trigger this.

Also, are you using a Nest Thermostat from the UK or the US version?

I hope to hear from you soon.

Best regards,

Ryan
