I had my nest thermostat fitted with new boiler in November 2020. It worked great and loved that I could control my heating remotely. In october 2021 it dropped off my wifi and whatever steps I follow it says WI-FI connection error nest.com/5.

When I had it serviced the engineer couldn't make it work either.

Can anyone help me please?
