Broken Nest Heat Link

Hi!

I have a 3rd generation thermostat. We've installed it ~2 years ago. Last week we had a power outage and since then the heat link of one of our thermostats is dead. We tried the reset without success and after calling our electrician over he confirmed that there's no power coming out the heat link itself (leds also won't come on anymore either).

Is there a way to get a replacement heat link? I don't want to buy the whole package including the thermostat again because the heat link broke.

Does the boiler activate when calling for heat by pressing Manual Mode?
Are you seeing any wiring report or error on the thermostat and/or the app?
Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?

Hi! Nothing activates when i press the heatlink. I actually have two in my house, so my second one activates and has leds showing that it's alive. the dead one doesn't do anything. There's an error on the thermostat connecting to the broken heatlink: H72.

I went through the trouble shooting:

- reattached thermostat

- checked the head link is at least 30cm away from boiler or large metal objects

- there's no large object between heatlink and thermostat

- checked our fuses - they are all in order

- all our switches are on

We didn't carry out any maintainance - the setup is the same as it was the past 2 years since we installed the Nest. Only thing that happened was that our power supplier cut our power without notice. After a couple of hours when the power was put back on the heat link did not come back on.

I called my electrician who installed the Nest and he checked the Voltage coming out of the heat link yesterday and confirmed that there's no voltage coming out of the device anymore. He also checked the other heatlink that is still working and confirmed that that one is still delivering the 12 Volt to my second thermostat.
