No lights on my heat link and no heating how do I get this to work

For some reason our heat link has no lights and now we have jno heating and our thermostat has died what do we do to get heating back 🥶🥶🥶🥶

Thank you. I contacted Google on Saturday and got through to a lovely lady on the phone as chat function not available. She confirmed the heat link needs replacing and even out of warranty she will arrange a new one and installation F.O.C 😁 must be a common issue but hopefully have heating this afternoon once link been replaced
