Nest thermostat’s keeps disconnecting from wifi

I just moved to a new apartment that has a Nest thermostat. I was able to pair it to my phone and everything was working fine for a few days. Today the thermostat kept disconnecting from the Wifi. Any idea how I can fix this?

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

I have a few questions for us to further isolate the issue. Are you using your own Wi-Fi router? Were there any changes made to your network? Is it also affecting other wireless devices connected to your Wi-Fi?

You could try to restart your Google Nest thermostat and then check if it is still happening. Check for any wireless interference.
