Is my system compatible with nest?

Hi guys, I was trying to update my thermostat but I have a problem with the wiring. I have 7 wires ( H1, H2, G, R, O, E, C) buy not Y. When I try to set the nest it said it got a missing Y wire. My old thermostats are working fine without that Y wire. Anybody knows what can I do? Thanks

Try this wiring

Green - G to G

Blue - C to C

Red - R to Rc

Yellow - W1 to Y1 (jumper to Y1 not needed)

Orange - O to OB

Black - E to */OB (set as Emergency heat)

White - W2 to W2
