need a backplate to a gen three thermostat

Sadly I cannot snap my thermostat to its backplate. I have a gen 3 google nest thermostat, and I can not get this unit to snap on. Looks like one of the little clips on the inside of the thermostat?

Could you post a short video clip of what's going on? Also, when and where was it bought as well as what country are you in?

Those back plates are not available in the store. I need a back played for my third generation nest thermostat

I understand and I want to check on what we can do for you. Please provide a short video clip of what's going on when you try to install your thermostat display on its back plate? Also, let me know when and where did you buy it as well as what country you are in.
